Our apartment house is brand new, finished in September 2023. You have to know that we are a contracted partner of the University of Debrecen with our high quality apartment house.
The rental fee includes all apartment overhead costs, washing&drying, cleaning, bike usage, playroom, gym, studyroom usage.
Some more detailed information about the apartment building. Our building is 5 min. walk from the main building of University of Debrecen and the tram station to the city centre.

About the building:

• It has two separate entrances from the street: “reception entrance” to the study room, playing room, gym and “student entrance” directly to the apartments (all the rooms are also accessible from this direction)
• Card access control system for all doors
• The rooms operate underfloor heating and ceiling cooling systems with reliance on soil probes (meaning that we are also able to accommodate students who are sensitive to conventional air-conditioning equipment)
• In the basement, continuous ventilation is in place for the study room, playing room and gym
• Additionally, there is an option to install solar panels to utilize even more green energy (in fact, we are going to install such a system if the Government decides on issuing permits nationwide)
• Internet, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, CCTV are all available across the building, whereas apartments have their own alarm systems

• 18 apartments in an individual floor space of 25 m2, for 1 or 2 persons, in 4 colours and 3 types of interior arrangements, with 6 apartments having direct access to the garden and terraces
• furnishing and equipment in the anteroom: closet-type wardrobes for 2 persons with hangers included, kitchenette and diner with 2 chairs, a coat rack, mirror and shoe rack
• equipment of the bathroom and toilet: installation of a water closet structure with bidet function as demanded, special 2-function bathtub with shower installed, wall-mounted drying facility, wall-mounted hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry basket, cup
• furnishing and equipment in the living room:
• study area: a study desk designed for 2 persons plus 1, cork boards, filing units for document storage, pull-out television set; including NETFLIX subscription
• bedroom area: 160*200 double bed with storage units, bedlinen for winter and summer, covers, pillows, cushions, blankets
• living room area: couch with cushions, carpets, shelves
• kitchenette area: complete kitchen equipment with pull-out/fold-down dining table board for 2 persons, 108 l/18 l refrigerator, microwave oven, electric cooktop, water heater, exhaust fan, mini oven, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cup set, ladle, wooden spoon, bowls, strainer, grater, squeezer, knives, cutting board, corkscrew, can opener, kitchen towel, selective sorting bin
• electric shutters with drapery, as well as bug screen installed on the external windows
• option for individual temperature regulation and metering
• terrace with a wall-mounted drying facility

Basement

• Study room: It covers 50 m2 and is optimal for 24 persons; equipped with a smart board and a magnetic board (students can be provided with leg and neck supports, soundproof screens for room rearrangement are also available on request). The study room can be split up into sections, and is suitable for studying in groups, and can be used to practice course materials with teachers

Gym

• It covers 50 m2 and features professional machines and gears for workouts on all muscle groups, special devices for stretching exercises against back and neck pain

Playing room

• It covers 35 m2 m and features table football, darts, traditional board games, an Xbox unit with a large-screen television, shared cinema with Hi-Fi sound system, cushions, bean bags, with optional parental restrictions controlled with the card access system

Reception desk

• If the property is utilized in the form of long-term rents, it will not operate continuously, but non-stop availability via telephone and e-mail will be in place, and a vending machine for refreshments will also be available

Baggage storage room

Laundry room equipped with an industrial washing machine and dryer

Driveway

• Bicycles can be stored on site (and bicycles can also be provided if demanded)

Garden

• Parked area
• Equipped with an automatic watering system

The procedure for the contract is as follows:

STEP 1: REGISTRATION FORM

• Kindly complete the attached registration form and send it to us via email ASAP.
• We will promptly confirm the acceptance of your reservation request.

STEP 2: PRO FORMA INVOICE

• We send you the pro forma invoice with your personal data (written on your registration form)

STEP 3: TRANSFER THE DEPOSIT

• Subsequently, please transfer the deposit (= 2 month rental fee) to the provided bank account ASAP.
• Please include the word “Deposit” and the Tenant’s name in the reference line.

This will finalize the reservation.

Upon receipt of the transfer we will send a confirmation email.
We would like to highlight that due to high demand, there is an expected oversubscription, and our available apartments are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis!
Paying deposit at the reception in cash/bank card/starting transfer at your arrival: possible but we highly suggest to do it in advance before arriving, due to the fact of high demand, to finalize your reservation 100%!

STEP 4: ARRIVING TO DEBRECEN

Please provide the exact arrival time via email to open the reception for you, giving keys, to sign the necessary documents in time!
